Strength in Motion is designed to help young athletes build total-body strength while mastering the movement skills that translate directly to performance. From the weight room to the turf, each session emphasizes proper lifting technique, explosive power, and purposeful mobility. Whether you're squatting, sprinting, or learning how to move with control, this class builds the foundation for long-term athletic success. What We Focus On: • Proper lifting form and technique for major movement patterns • Foundational strength development using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight • Mobility and flexibility for injury prevention and improved range of motion • Sprint mechanics, change of direction, and movement efficiency • Turf-based drills that combine strength, speed, and purpose How It Works: Each session begins with focused instruction on lifting technique, followed by strength-building sets tailored to age and ability. Athletes then transition to the turf for dynamic movement work—mobility, sprinting, and agility drills that reinforce what they’ve built in the weight room. It’s not just about lifting heavy—it’s about moving well, moving strong, and moving with purpose.
