This class is built to develop strength that transfers directly to sport performance. Athletes train to build power, stability, and control — not just muscle size. Every session blends functional lifts, explosive mechanics, and body‑control drills to prepare athletes for the demands of competition. • Strength Foundation: Dumbbell, landmine, and bodyweight progressions to build balanced power. • Explosive Mechanics: Battle ropes, plyometrics, and resisted movements to sharpen speed and force output. • Stability & Control: Core and joint‑strength work to keep athlete's durable and efficient. Designed for athletes across all sports, this class emphasizes movement quality, safe progressions, and performance‑driven results.
