Service Description
Our Mat Work Training Program is designed to help young female wrestlers move with purpose, react with speed, and control every moment on the mat. This program focuses on footwork, moves, agility, balance, and body awareness—giving athletes the tools to move confidently and compete with precision. What We Focus On: • Footwork and movement patterns for mat control • Agility, reaction speed, and change of direction • Balance, coordination, and body positioning • Confidence, focus, and competitive mindset Training Schedule: • Phase 1: Tuesday and Thursday • Phase 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday • Phase 3: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday • Optional Strength Training Add-On: Focused on total-body power and grip development Why It Works: We don’t just teach technique—we build athletic movement. Every session helps girls become quicker, sharper, and more confident in how they move and respond. Whether your athlete is new to wrestling or ready to level up, our program meets them where they are and helps them grow.
