About the event
The Quick Strike Clinic is designed for defensive linemen (ages 15+) looking to refine their explosive movement, hand combat, and reaction speed. Over two days, athletes will train in a controlled environment before applying their skills in live-action drills. This clinic focuses on first-step quickness, pass-rush techniques, and agility, ensuring players leave with elite-level fundamentals to dominate the trenches.
Day 2 – Live Action Application
1-on-1 Battles – Applying hand techniques against blockers.
Run-Stuffing & Gap Control – Reacting to offensive linemen.
Pursuit & Tackle Drills – Sprinting to a moving target.
Game-Speed Scenarios – Simulated plays requiring quick reactions.
